| I made an impulsive booking yesterday for a trip to Perth next March for my family. Jetstar was having a surprise sale for its first Singapore-Perth route and tickets were selling for as low as S$280, all-inclusive. I got them at about a little over S$300 though for the dates I wanted, but it's okay because the same route on Tiger Airways would have cost nearly double that amount. And it's even cheaper than flying to Taipei on the same airline. I'm just crossing fingers now, hoping I will be able to take leave during that period from NS. ARGH. I will be so disappointed if I can't, but well, being so resourceful and ingenious, I will probably be able to find a way out of the red tape. Heh. |
